Week 5 of my battle against getting fatter .. with a goal to becoming lean to the level of being able to show the abs .. I have not touched a chocolate (something which I find irresistible) or candy bar in the last 2 months .. reduced my food intake (which also means cutting off some of my favorite food preparations .... I do have a very adventurous palate and the cuisine of the world is indeed filled with a lot of ...TO DIE FOR ... kind of dishes , so that makes it harder .... but I am proud to say I am doing it pretty well) .. I have learned swimming and doing 10 laps every morning on a 15 m pool .. walking 6 Km daily and working out 4 days a week .. and I am also seeing results but the going gets tough when people keep on telling you how fat you have become ... luckily for me that is not stopping me now ..as I seem to found and inexhaustible source of inspiration and motivation somewhere within me .. so I am ready to welcome the healthy change coming over me slowly .. I am feeling good .
