Raining heavily without a stop since the last two days .... the local lake has almost flooded .... very nice weather if you are in the safety , warmth and security of home .. leads me on to wonder whether feeling happy and enjoying this kind of weather is morally correct , knowing the suffering of so many homeless and poor .. does this come under the boundary of morality ? and if it does , then what is the answer , or does morality not hold an answer for this ..
