The term inner peace will normally strike a familiar chord in spiritual people ... now , with the second release of the movie Kung-Fu  Panda , a lot of people with lots of different mindsets are at least aware of the term if not know it as in realizing it .
I have been talking about a strange hurry that I seem to be in and add to it a growing unrest and anger and irritation directed towards certain people apparently for no reason , flaring up from time to time .... it is inner peace that I terribly lack and desperately need  .
Strange thing is , I seem to know the path towards that as if it is a full orchard which I can see from outside and dream of eating the fruits but cannot go inside because of thorn hedges surrounding it ..
